Session: Rethinking Themes

Rethinking Themes will approach the concepts behind WordPress theme editing from both user and developer standpoints. We’ll look at the good and the bad of the current system, some new perks, and how to tweak the system to your liking.

Looking to the future, we’ll explore visual (wysiwyg) theme editing and modular themes. Using the Elastic Theme Editor as an example, we’ll discuss how far we can push the system and lessons learned along the way.
